- Anyone entering Paraguay will be required to present a negative PCR, LAMP or NAAT test, no older than 48 hours or an antigen test no older than 24 hours. Either test must be performed by a lab.
- Fully vaccinated arrivals are exempt.
- Arrivals from Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, and Uruguay are exempt from the testing requirement.
- All international arrivals must present health insurance, covering COVID-19.
